Jorge L. Guerra Jr. has seen the South Florida real estate landscape change from a stable market with a strong work ethic in the late 90s to a real estate boom where buyers were easily financed to an economic downturn fueled by inflated property values. He’s taken what he calls a “clean canvas” and has begun to rewrite how South Florida real estate is bought, sold and leased. By leveraging technology, Guerra aggressively markets properties on a world-wide platform with next-generation tools, such as, social media, virtual walk-throughs and online applications. A third generation entrepreneur, Guerra opened Real Estate Sales Force (RESF) in 2005. The real estate firm has several offices throughout South Florida and it has grown to over 300 agents.
